Business Strategy, Consulting and Logistics is a master's degree program offered in Italian that aims to provide students with systemic knowledge and highly specialized tools useful for pursuing high-profile careers in the fields of economics and business administration, the administrative management of companies and entities, and in the freelance and consulting context.
The course offers an integrated training course that focuses on the disciplines of business, law and economic-statistics with the aim of developing advanced knowledge and learning methods of analysis and critical interpretation of the structures and dynamics of companies and entities, including in relation to the dynamics and complexity of the administrative problems that companies operating in the logistics and transport sector face in their ordinary and extraordinary operations. The course, which is integrated but positioned divided into two distinct curricula, offers the possibility of specializing in Administration, Strategic Control and Professional Consulting, delving into topics such as the administrative management of companies, the drafting of international financial statements and business plans, the use of management control tools and extraordinary business operations, or in the Management and Control of Logistics Processes, focusing on the management and design of transportation, logistics and supply chain systems.
During the course of their training, students will be involved in internships, workshops, seminars, project work and testimonials from business experts concerning the development of technical and transversal skills and any other activity useful for training and job placement.
Finally, the master's degree program in Strategy, Consulting and Business Logistics facilitates access to the accounting professions through the agreement in place with the local Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (also applicable to students who intend to carry out their professional practice outside the province of Trieste), which allows the student/ess, who complies with the prescribed educational requirements, to carry out part of the professional internship already during the course of study and exemption from the first written test of the State examination for access to Section A of the Register of Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts.
