Termini immatricolazione a.a. 2020/21:

- dal 13/07/2020 all'8/10/2020 se sei già laureato o ti laurei entro l'8/10/2020
- dal 9/10/2020 al 28/01/2021 se ti laurei dal 9/10/2020 al 28/01/2021
- dal 29/01/2021 al 1/04/2021 (termine perentorio) se ti laurei dopo il 28/01/2021

Dopo il termine previsto potrai immatricolarti - comunque non oltre il 1/04/2021 - con addebito successivo di un’indennità di mora, come stabilito dall’Avviso Tasse.

Puoi immatricolarti solo se sei già laureato.
Se hai già i requisiti richiesti per l'accesso procedi con l’immatricolazione, altrimenti potrai effettuarla dopo aver ottenuto l’esito positivo nella valutazione, le cui modalità sono stabilite dal corso di studi.

If you have applied for an ARDISS grant, you should state this in the online enrolment procedure so as to receive a pre-exemption and pay only the €16.00 registration fee.

How to enrol

Before starting the online enrolment procedure:

If you are already enrolled in another course at this University, apply for a course transfer (in italian un passaggio di corso) or cancel your enrolment (in italian rinuncia agli studi) and then re-enrol as follows:
Download, fill in and sign the additional information form
Scan your ID document (identify card, driving licence, passport) and your tax code (health service card) as a pdf document
Prepare an ID photo in jpeg (.jpg) or bitmap (bmp) format (maximum size 2MB). The photograph will be used on your student card. The photograph must respect the following standards Click here (in italian). Selfies are not valid
If you are not a graduate of this University, download your award certificate showing the examinations taken from your previous place of study. If this is not available, fill in this form (in italian). During the online enrolment procedure, you will have to upload the certificate on the ‘Attachments’ (Allegati) page

Online enrolment:

Go to the Student Secretariat web page
Login with the user name and password received when you registered
Select Enrolment from the Menu and follow the step-by-step instructions, referring, if necessary, to the technical guide downloaded previously
The online procedure is completed with payment of the first instalment of your fees. Follow the instructions to make the payment
Check that you receive confirmation to your personal email account
Once the first instalment of fees has been paid, non-EU citizens must take their residence permit to the Student Secretariat (in italian sportello della Segreteria studenti) of their course of study, otherwise enrolment cannot be completed

Completing enrolment:

As soon as possible, the Student Secretariat will issue you with a matriculation number and you will receive notification to your personal email account. Afterwards you will be given access to the University’s online services and your institutional email account will be activated.

Enrolment for students transferring from other universities

You cannot be enrolled at two universities at the same time. So, if you are enrolled at another institution and wish to continue your studies at this University, you must first apply to your existing place of study for transfer (check procedures and deadlines) and then enrol at this University following the points below.

When the documentation arrives from your existing place of study, the teaching department responsible for your course of study will decide in which year you can enrol and may recognise any previous studies. Check with the Student Secretariat if you need to submit a study plan. After your transfer has been completed, you will need to pay the transfer fee, as indicated in the Fees Notice. If you do not request recognition of your previous study, you will automatically be enrolled in the first year of your course.
If you do not transfer, you must first cancel your previous enrolment and then re-enrol.

Enrolment with a reduced period of study

If you already hold a degree or other university qualification, you can enrol and ask for the credits gained in your previous studies to be recognised, so reducing the period of study. The following cannot be recognised to reduce the period of study:
- the degree granting access to the course of study and any other credits (e.g. extra credits or credits derived from pre-reform degrees, etc.) used as entrance requirements for enrolment
- credits derived for individual courses that can only be recognised for enrolment into the first year.
The teaching department responsible for your course of study will decide in which year you can enrol (first year or later) and on recognition of your previous credits.
Contact the Student Secretariat of your course of study to compile your study plan or should you have any problems.

Enrolment Help

For help on the online entry and enrolment procedure, computer workstations and staff are available at the University Info-point.
The Info-point is in Piazzale Europa 1, central building, right wing, ground floor. To use the service, you need to make a booking (letter H).
Use the virtual reservation system UFIRST to book your turn (Download the free app that stands in the queue for you) or take a ticket from the machine in the waiting room .

Opening times from 15 July to 7 October 2019

Monday: bookings from 2.45 to 3.45 p.m.; desk open from 3.00 p.m until all bookings processed
Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday: bookings from 8.30 to 10.30 a.m.; desk open from 9.00 until all bookings processed
